The hotel offers extremely comfortable rooms, with a total staff that was good. The service was very accommodating, and I will definitely come back again. The location is in a quiet area off the main road in Candolim, with staff that went above-and-beyond. The dining experience was excellent with lots of variety, and the staff was very helpful. However, the hand shower in the bathroom was not working which was a drawback.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and an amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. However, they can feel congested at times. The service is top-notch, always ensuring a great experience, although more variety in fruits at breakfast would have been appreciated. The location is convenient, just a short distance from popular areas like Candolim, Panjim, and Baga, with helpful staff and great activities for kids. The dining experience offers a wide range of cuisine options but could benefit from more variety in Indian dishes. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
The hotel rooms, though small for a family of 4, are clean and well-kept, lacking value for money. The food at the restaurant is amazing, with very friendly and helpful staff and an awesome pool and wonderful ambience.
The hotel rooms were spectacular and super clean, with a beautiful welcome note by the Guest Experience team, providing a comfortable and green environment with great amenities. However, the rooms appeared smaller than expected from the internet photos.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The prestigious suite room I booked was cozy, spacious, and luxurious, offering amenities like a microwave, induction cooker, coffee machine, and more. While showing some signs of wear, the room was still comfortable despite the bygone era feel. The location, although in a residential area and lacking significant views, was good enough to keep me engaged. The service was exceptional, with hospitable staff providing professional care. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a vast spread of North Indian, local, and continental cuisine, although lacking local specialties like Goan food.
I visited this hotel with my family in North Goa and had an okay experience. The rooms were a little damp due to the continuous rains, but after requesting, they changed the bedsheets, which made it better. The staff was very keen on ensuring my satisfaction, which was a nice touch. The location was ideal, not too noisy but still close to great restaurants.
